It's a strange feeling, being fed dinner, but Nanami lets Haibara have that. It's nothing, really, and he gets an idea what Haibara wants. Perhaps that's why he rests one arm around Haibara, hand pressed against the shirt, and he gently strokes Haibara's thigh with his other hand. Nothing more to it than that at the moment.
