Nanami bites back a comment when Haibara pulls down one of his shirts to wear instead of one of his own. Admittedly, if the suit is the only outfit Haibara purchased, his uniform is the only alternative. The white shirt isn't a giveaway, but Haibara might not want to wear it.
He wears his trousers and a different shirt along with his tie. Nanami leans his back against the wall that provides a decent view of the kitchen. It also keeps his distance, tantalizing as the view is. It'd be better to stay further away, perhaps the other side of the window/counter from the kitchen, where he could pretend Haibara's fully dressed.
"We didn't have much time for cooking at school," Nanami comments, to give himself something to do.
